Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Remove the passive anti-theft system (PATS) transceiver. For additional information, refer to Section  419-01A Anti-Theft - Active / 419-01B Anti-Theft - Passive.For additional information, refer to Section  419-01A Anti-Theft - Active / 419-01B Anti-Theft - Passive.

  1. Remove the ignition switch lock cylinder.
    1. Turn the key to accessory (position I).
    1. Depress the locking detent.
    1. Remove the lock cylinder.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
