Removal

NOTE:
NOTE:Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. Remove the timing belt.
    Refer to: Timing Belt (303-01D Engine - 2.5L Duratec-ST (VI5), Removal and Installation).

  1. Special Tool(s): 211-014

  1. Torque: 6 Nm

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  1. Install the crankshaft front seal.
    Refer to: Crankshaft Front Seal (303-01D Engine - 2.5L Duratec-ST (VI5), Removal and Installation).
  1. Install the timing belt.
    Refer to: Timing Belt (303-01D Engine - 2.5L Duratec-ST (VI5), Removal and Installation).
