Installation

  1.  
    1. If equipped.
      Material: Adhesive - Loctite 648

  1. Special Tool(s): 204-602

  1. Special Tool(s): 204-602

  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Make sure that a new component is installed.
    Material: Grease

  1. WARNING:
    WARNING:Make sure that a new nut is installed.
    On both sides.
    Torque: 80 Nm

  1. WARNING:
    WARNING:Make sure that a new nut is installed.
    On both sides.
    Torque:
    Lower arm ball joint retaining nut flat diameter 24 mm 150 Nm
    Lower arm ball joint retaining nut flat diameter 30 mm 250 Nm

  1. WARNING:
    WARNING:Make sure that a new nut is installed.
    NOTE:
    NOTE:Only tighten the nut finger tight at this stage.
  1. Refer to: Wheel and Tire (204-04 Wheels and Tires, Removal and Installation).

    1. Rotate the wheel 5 times.
    1. Torque: 250 Nm
    1. Rotate the wheel 5 times.
    1. Torque: 500 Nm
    1. Rotate the wheel 5 times.
