Remover / installer, coolant hose clips

1. Remove the booster heater housing.
   For additional information, refer to: Auxiliary Heater Core Housing (412-02B Auxiliary Heating, Removal and Installation).
   

2. Remove the booster heater valve.

3. Remove the lower booster heater housing.
   1. Remove the bolt.
   2. Remove the seven clips.
   3. Detach the refrigerant line bracket.
   4. Pull the lower booster heater housing upward.

4. Separate the upper booster heater housing.
   1. Remove the seven clips.
   2. Remove the seal.

5. Disassemble the booster heat exchanger housing.

6. Remove the booster heat exchanger.

1. For installation, reverse the removal procedure.
