Disconnect the battery ground cable.

Disconnect the battery positive cables (twin batteries shown). | | | -
Remove the battery retaining bracket. | | | -
Disconnect the battery breather pipes and remove the batteries (twin batteries shown). | Installation CAUTION:If installing a new battery, only install the specified battery type.
