Rear wheel brakes with automatic adjustment
   
1  - Brake disc
q   Always replace by axles
q   Unscrew brake calliper before removal.
q   Only dress evenly, on both sides, starting from thickness when new
q   Lubricate contact surfaces between brake disc and wheel hub with grease → replacement part catalogue.
q   Allocation → Chapter
q   Thickness → Chapter
2  - Bolt, 75 Nm
q   M10×1.25 x 60
q   Always replace
q   To do so, use socket -T40027-
3  - Brake back plate with guide pins and protective cover
q   Delivered as assembled part, with sufficient grease on the guide pins
q   If the protective covers or the guide pins are damaged, then the repair kit must be fitted. Use grease sachet supplied to lubricate the guide pins.
4  - Bolt, 75 Nm
q   Always replace
q   M10 x 1.25 x 50
5  - Brake pads
q   Always replace by axles
q   Before installing the pads, clean pad guide surfaces and lubricate with grease → replacement part catalogue.
q   removing and fitting → Chapter
q   Check brake pad thickness: → Booklet301
q   Different versions → Parts catalogue
6  - Heat shield for brake disc
7  - Bolt, 10 Nm
q   M6 x 12
8  - Self-locking bolt, 35 Nm
q   Always replace
q   Counterhold guide bolt when loosing and tightening
9  - Housing for brake calliper
q   Do not disconnect brake hose when changing brake pads
q   Servicing brake callipers
10  - Wheel bolts
q   Mount the wheels → Running gear, shafts, steering; Rep. gr.44
11  - Torx screw
q   Tightening torque: 5 Nm
