The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

1. REMOVE REAR WHEEL

2. SEPARATE REAR DISC BRAKE CALIPER ASSEMBLY   See: Brakes and Traction Control/Parking Brake System/Service and

Repair/Disassembly

3. REMOVE REAR DISC   See: Brakes and Traction Control/Disc Brake System/Service and Repair/Rear Brake/Removal

4. REMOVE REAR AXLE HUB BOLT

(a) Temporarily install the 2 nuts to the rear axle hub bolt as shown in the illustration.

Recommended service nut:

Thread diameter: 12.0 mm (0.472 in.)

Thread pitch: 1.5 mm (0.0591 in.)
