Ribbed V-belt, Remove and Install (Without Air
Conditioning)
 Remove
Remove lower engine splash guard.

Mark direction of travel of ribbed V-belt. Release tension in
ribbed v-belt tensioner using 3/8 inch hinged handle in direction
of arrow (anticlockwise) and remove ribbed V-belt.

Install
Install ribbed V-belt. Tension ribbed V-belt via ribbed V-belt
tension roller and 3/8 inch hinged handle. Note direction of
rotation and installation position of ribbed V-belt.
Install lower engine splash guard.
