For Y 20 DTH and T 22 DTR engines - remove charge air pipe (1) -
see illustration "Air duct Y 20 DTH up to MY 2003" and "Air duct Y
20 DTH as of MY 2003, Y 22 DTR".
Disconnect glow pencil plug from glow pencils.
Remove glow plugs (2) with KM-980.
Install
Install glow plugs in cylinder head – tightening torque 10
Nm / 7.5 lbf. ft.
Connect plug for glow plug to glow plugs.
For Y 20 DTH engine: install charge air pipe with new O-ring -
see illustration "Air duct Y 20 DTH up to MY 2003" and "Air duct Y
20 DTH as of MY 2003, Y 22 DTR".
