Replace sash window (rear door)

  Remove

1.   Lower sash window
2.   Detach rear door inner panelling LUREF_1.gif
Object Number: 3446464 Size: DEFAULT

3.   Detach rubber ring
4.   Detach water vapour barrier

5.   Detach inner channel strip
•   Pull channel strip carefully from behind beginning at the top

6.   Detach outer channel strip
•   Pull channel strip carefully from behind beginning at the top

7.   Loosen lower guide rail (3)
•   Unscrew bolt
8.   Detach rear guide rail seal (1)
9.   Remove rear guide rail (2)
•   Unscrew bolt

10.   Remove rear door sash window
•   Remove from guide rail
Object Number: 3446469 Size: DEFAULT


  Install

11.   Fit sash window
•   Wind sash window half way up
•   Slide the glass pane in the lower guide
12.   Install front door rear guide rail
•   Tighten top bolt
13.   Tighten rear lower guide rail
•   Tighten the bolt
14.   Attach outer shaft strip
15.   Attach inner channel strip
16.   Install water vapour barrier
Note:   Damaged water vapour barrier must be replaced
•   Apply adhesive tape to door frame according to the shaded areas shown.
•   Cut foil to size
Note:   Use removed foil and door contours as a template
•   Provide cut-outs for inside handle with bearing supports and, if available, manual window actuation
•   Affix water vapour barrier without creases
17.   Attach rubber ring
18.   Attach rear door inner panelling LUREF_1.gif
19.   Close sash window
