Turbocharger Coolant Return Pipe Replacement (1.4L LUH and LUJ)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the turbocharger. Refer to Turbocharger Replacement .
2. Remove the turbocharger coolant return pipe from quick fitting connector. Refer to Turbocharger Disassemble .
3. Replace the quick fitting connector. Refer to Turbocharger Disassemble .

Installation Procedure

1. Install the turbocharger coolant return pipe to the quick fitting connector. Refer to Turbocharger Disassemble .
2. Install the turbocharger. Refer to Turbocharger Replacement .
