Engine Oil Cooler Installation

Clean the sealing
surface. |

Install NEW sealrings
(2). |
| 3. |
Install the engine oil cooler
along with the oil filter housing (3). |
| 4. |
Loosely install the oil cooler
hollow screw (1). |
| 5. |
Loosely install the oil cooler
bolt (5). |
| 6. |
Connect the oil filter housing
oil return hose to the engine and tighten the clamp (4).

| 7. |
Tighten the oil cooler hollow
screw (1) to 110 N·m (81 lb ft) .
|
| 8. |
Tighten the oil cooler bolt
(5) to 46 N·m (34 lb ft) . |
