Belt Idler Pulley Replacement

1.	Open the hood.

2.	Remove the generator and air conditioning compressor belt. Refer to Generator, Air Conditioning Compressor, and Power Steering Pump Belt Replacement .

3.	Remove the belt idler pulley bolt (2).

4.	Remove the belt idler pulley (1).

1.	Install the belt idler pulley (1).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution .

2.	Install the belt idler pulley bolt (2) and tighten to 50 N·m (37 lb ft) .

3.	Install the generator and air conditioning compressor belt. Refer to Generator, Air Conditioning Compressor, and Power Steering Pump Belt Replacement .

4.	Close the hood.
