Slide Block Guide, Replace

Remove

Remove operating unit - see operation "Operating Unit, Replace".

Remove gutter - see operation "Gutter, Replace".

Unscrew crank drive from operating unit.

Pull plug from end of roof guide.

Pull guide part assembly from continuous roof guide and remove slide block guide.

Detach connecting rod from gutter guide.

Remove retaining ring from bolt and detach slide block guide from cable guide and front guide.

Installation points:

25 Front guide                        b = Retaining ring

c = Washer

d = Bolt

29 Cable guide                       e = Retaining ring

f = Bolt

30 Gutter guide                      g = Connecting rod

Install

Insert slide block guide in guide part assembly.

Insert slide block in lower groove of roof guide.

Push guide part assembly into roof guide until lever catches in roof guide recess.

Push cable guide in until centre of guide bolt aligns with adjustment notch.

1     Lever

2     Guide bolt

3     Adjustment notch

Place plug on end of roof guide.

Adjust crank drive - see operation "Crank Drive, Adjust" - and install.

Install gutter - see operation "Gutter, Replace".

Install operating unit - see operation "Operating Unit, Replace".
