Rear Toothed Belt Cover, Remove and Install
Remove, Disconnect
Remove camshaft sprockets - see operation "Camshaft Sprockets, Remove and Install".
Detach intake-side toothed belt guide roller (5) from cylinder head.
Remove toothed belt tension roller (4) from oil pump.
Detach toothed belt drive gear (3) from crankshaft.
Remove fastening bolts (2) from oil pump and fastening bolts (1) from cylinder head.
Unclip wiring harness for coolant temperature sensor from rear toothed belt cover.
Remove rear toothed belt cover.
Install, Connect
Attach rear toothed belt cover to cylinder head or to oil pump with fastening bolts (1) and (2) - tightening torque 6 Nm / 4.5 lbf. ft.
Clip wiring harness for coolant temperature sensor to rear toothed belt cover.
Push toothed belt drive gear (3) onto crankshaft. Attach toothed belt tension roller to oil pump - tightening torque 20 Nm / 15 lbf. ft. Attach toothed belt guide roller (5) to cylinder head - tightening torque 25 Nm / 18.5 lbf. ft.
Install camshaft sprockets - see operation "Camshaft Sprockets, Remove and Install".
Remove, Disconnect 
Install, Connect
