Removing

• ‒ Remove driver's side lower left shelf

=> General body repairs; Repair group 70; Removing and installing dash panel

• ‒ → Tension over-centre spring with clutch pedal and fit retaining clamp 3317 from above.

Note:

The drilling (arrow) faces towards clutch pedal.

• ‒ Bring clutch pedal to rest position and take out over-centre spring together with retaining clamp 3317.

Installing

• ‒ Operate clutch pedal.
• ‒ → First insert over-centre spring in position (arrow A), then lower vertically until the retaining clamp seats on the mounting lug of the clutch pedal (arrow B).
• ‒ Take out retaining clamp whilst bringing clutch pedal to rest position.
