  1. Withdraw the cell from the alternator without removing it from the crankshaft pulley.

  1. Disconnect the electrical connections from the alternator.

  1. Loosen the two bolts securing the alternator, and remove only the upper one.

  1. Unscrew the screw securing the bracket to the alternator support micrometric tensioner.
