Releasing hydraulic chain tensioner.
Installation:
Check/replace sealing ring.
Caution!
Do not disassemble hydraulic chain tensioner.
If piston projects to the extent that piston ring is clear, it can be
reassembled only with the aid of special tool 11 4 140.
Reassemble hydraulic chain tensioner, if disassembled
beforehand:
Arrangement of components:
(1) Housing
(2) Transport securing device
(3) Filler
(4) Compression spring
(5) Piston with clamping ring
Place special tool 11 4 140 on housing.
