3 Series E46 316i (M43TU) SAL
Position expansion element with spring and piston in housing.
Place piston on a smooth working surface and compress spring.
Lock hydraulic chain tensioner with special tool 11 4 120.
Remove special tool 11 4 140.
RA Removing and installing or replacing hydraulic chain tensioner (M43 / M43TU)
