5 Series E34 525td (M51) TOUR
Clamp special tool 24 1 220 in a vise.
Insert the transmission extension with the output flange into
special tool 24 1 220.
Unscrew the slotted nut (1) using special tool 24 1 170.
Installation:
For tightening torque, refer to Technical Data
Remove the transmission extension from special tool 24 1 220.
Pull output flange out of bearings.
Lever out the radial oil seal (1).
