Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair
Exhaust Manifold Replacement - Right

Removal Procedure 

1. Remove the oxygen sensor. Refer to Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Replacement Bank 1 Sensor 1.
2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
3. Remove the two nuts attaching the AIR tube to the exhaust manifold (1).
4. Remove the exhaust front pipe. Refer to Front Pipe Replacement.

5. Disconnect the real time dampening sensor links (1) from the lower control arms.

6. Disconnect the intermediate shaft from the steering gear.
