7. Support the rear cross member of the engine cradle with a tall screw jack.
8. Remove the four rearward cradle-to-body bolts.
9. Lower the rear of the engine cradle.
10. Remove the right side cylinder head to the transaxle brace.
11. Remove the exhaust manifold nuts. Some nuts may require removal with an open end wrench or universal coupling tools.
12. Remove the manifold (1) and the gasket. Discard the gasket.
13. Clean and inspect the exhaust manifold. Refer to Exhaust Manifold Clean and Inspect (Right).
