Remove :

• The screws and the centring pins (3) from the turbocharger air cooler (4)
• The turbocharging air cooler (4)

3. Refitting

Refit :

• The turbocharging air cooler (4)
• The screws and the centring pins (3) from the turbocharger air cooler (4)
• The radiators assembly

Couple up :

• The radiators assembly (at "a")
• The ducts (1), (2) from the turbocharger air cooler (4); Using tool [0165-2]

N.B. : Replace all of the removed spring clips (if necessary).

Refit :

• The central front bumper ❶
• The grille (see the relevant operation)
• The vehicle to its wheels
