2. Removing
ESSENTIAL : Respect the safety and cleanliness recommendations that are specific to high pressure diesel injection (HDi) engines.
Disconnect the ancillaries battery.
Place the vehicle on a 2-post lift.
Remove :
- The power unit assembly
- The accessories drive belt(s)

Prise apart pipe (1).
Remove the 2 camshaft main bearing cap casing plugs (2).
