3. Refitting

Remove :

• The nut (9)
• The washer (14)
• The silentblock (15)

Unscrew nut (10).
Remove the 3 bolts (11).
Disengage the ball-joint housing (12).
Remove bolts (13).

Position the tool [4] in the front pivot opening .
Turn a quarter turn to open the pivot.
Uncouple the front pivot (16).
Remove the front pivot (16).
Remove the tool [4].

3. Refitting

Position the tool [[4]] in the front pivot opening .
Turn a quarter turn to open the pivot.
Engage the front pivot (16) on the suspension leg .
Refit bolt (13).
Remove the tool [4].
Tighten the bolt (13) to 12 ± 0,4 daN.m.
Position the ball-joint housing (12).
Refit the bolts (11).
Tighten the bolts (11) to 11,5 ± 0,4 daN.m.
Refit :

• The silentblock (15)
• The washer (14)
• The nut (9)

Couple up the steering ball-joint (8).
Refit the nut (7).
Tighten the nut (7) to 8 ± 0,7 daN.m.
Refit the driveshaft nut (6).
Immobilise the hub from rotation using tool [1].
Tighten the driveshaft nut : 47,5 ± 4,75 daNm.
Remove the tool [1].
