Removing-refitting hub complete with bearing from steering knuckle
FRONT HUB
Checking hub and bearing
If the wheel bearing is replaced due to noise or excess clearance then the hub and the attachment flange also have to be replaced as they come in one piece.
STEERING KNUCKLE
Cheching steering knuckle complete with ball joint
Check that steering knuckle is not distorted, that there is not too much clearance in the ball joint and that the protective boot is not damaged or else the complete steering knuckle has to be replaced.
