Removing

- 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace

- 5510C30 engine timing sensor - r+r

- 1016A20 single cam cover - r + r and replace gasket

1. Undo bolts (1a) and remove oil supply pipe (1b) to the camshaft mounts (1b).

Removing

- 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace

- 5510C30 engine timing sensor - r+r

- 1016A20 single cam cover - r + r and replace gasket

1. Undo bolts (1a) and remove oil supply pipe (1b) to the camshaft mounts (1b).

Refitting

Fit the pipe and bolt in place.

Tighten the bolts fixing the camshaft caps to torque.

- 1016A20 single cam cover - r + r and replace gasket

- 5510C30 engine timing sensor - r+r

- 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace

1.2 8v

Refitting

Fit the pipe and bolt in place.

Tighten the camshaft cap fixing bolts to torque.

- 1016A20 single cam cover - r + r and replace gasket

- 5510C30 engine timing sensor - r+r

- 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace
