Do not carry out the checks with the customer's SIM card. Carry out the test using a dedicated SIM card that is proved to have been working on other vehicles

Check the intensity of the range received reading the number of bars on the display

Check the electrical connection of the GSM aerial lead

• Poor reception in the area through lack of radio signal cover
• GSM aerial lead connection at Connect defective
• GSM aerial defective

• Move to an area covered by the radio signal

• Renew the connection

Check that the speaker connections are correctly connected

If the customer complains of no or poor audio quality, check:

That the microphone for the hands-free function is working properly

Check that there are no microphone vibrations

• microphone not correctly installed

• Restore continuity
• Install the microphone correctly
