SEPARATING ENGINE - GEARBOX FROM POWER UNIT

Operation sequence

  • Rest the power unit on a platform, making sure it is in a stable position;

Drain the gear oil

Flywheel protection area with indicated bolts
Removed flywheel protection cover
  • unscrew bolts indicated in figure, then remove the flywheel protection;
Intermediate shaft support area with retaining screws and shaft
  • unscrew the support retaining screws and withdraw the intermediate shaft;
