SUPPLY CIRCUIT
1048A14 - AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT - REPLACEMENT
Removal
- Open the engine compartment.
- Withdraw the air cleaner inlet sleeve.
- Pull off the front clip.
- Release the side clips.
- Remove the air cleaner cover.
- Remove the air cleaner filter element.
Refitting
- Fit a new air cleaner filter element.
- Install the air cleaner cover.
- Attach the side attachments.
- Fit the front clip.
- Insert the air cleaner inlet sleeve.
- Close the engine compartment.

Removal
- Open the engine compartment.
- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

- Withdraw the air cleaner inlet sleeve.
- Withdraw the hose from the thermostat valve in the lower part of the air cleaner body.
- Withdraw the sleeve for the hot air intake from the exhaust manifold.
- Loosen the retaining screws on the air cleaner thermostat device with dashpot and remove it.
Refitting
- Install the air cleaner thermostat device with dashpot and secure it with the screws.
- Insert the hot air intake sleeve on the exhaust manifold.
- Insert the hose on the thermostat valve in the lower part of the air cleaner body.
- Insert the air cleaner inlet sleeve.
- Connect the negative (-) battery terminal

- Close the engine compartment.
