  1. Withdraw the bracket from the flexible mounting of the front exhaust silencer.

  1. Withdraw the bracket from the flexible mounting of the section with flexible cable.

  1. Loosen the nut on the flange joining the exhaust pipe-exhaust manifold.
  2. Withdraw the exhaust pipe.

Installation

  • Fit the exhaust pipe, connecting it to the exhaust manifold.
  • Insert the bracket of the section with flexible cable in the flexible mounting.
  • Insert the bracket of the front exhaust silencer in the flexible mounting.
  • Insert the brackets of the rear exhaust silencer in the flexible mountings.
  • Tighten the nut securing the flange joining the exhaust pipe-exhaust manifold to torque.

  • Remove the vehicle from the ramp.

  • Place the car on a ramp.
  • See Op. 1076B12 Exhaust pipe assembly r+r emission control versions
  1. Loosen the nut on the flange joining the section with flexible cable-exhaust silencers.
  2. Withdraw the exhaust silencers.
