• Follow Op. 1032B40 DRIVEN TOOTHED BELT (one) - R.R. with timing belt removed
• Follow Op. 1016A20 TAPPET COVER single - R.R. and replacement of gasket
• Follow Op. 1036B30 FRONT COVER of camshaft in cylinder head - R.R. and replacement of gasket with timing belt removed
• Follow Op. 1036B32 Camshaft seal SUPPORT complete with ignition coil - R.R. - Comp. replacement of gasket
• Follow Op. 1036B14 CAMSHAFT in cylinder head - R.R. with head removed

Refitting

• Complete with Op. 1036B14 CAMSHAFT in cylinder head - R.R. with head removed
• Complete with Op. 1036B32 Camshaft seal SUPPORT complete with ignition coil - R.R. - Comp. replacement of gasket
• Complete with Op. 1036B30 FRONT COVER of camshaft in cylinder head - R.R. and replacement of gasket with timing belt removed
• Complete with Op. 1016A20 single TAPPET COVER - R.R. and replacement of gasket
• Complete with Op. 1032B40 DRIVEN TOOTHED PULLEY (one) - R.R. with timing belt removed
• Complete with Op. 1032B14 Tappet drive TOOTHED BELT - R.R. for timing of distribution or for replacement on version with air conditioner
• Complete with Op. 1032D12 Timing control protective COVER(S)
• Complete with Op. 1048A10 COMPLETE AIR CLEANER - R+R.

• Connect the negative (-) battery terminal

• Close the engine compartment.
• Remove the vehicle from the hoist.

1036B30 - FRONT COVER OF CAMSHAFT IN CYLINDER HEAD - R.R. AND REPLACEMENT OF GASKET WITH TIMING BELT REMOVED

Removal

• Position the vehicle on a hoist.
• Open the engine compartment.
• Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

• Follow Op. 1048A10 COMPLETE AIR CLEANER - R.R.
• Follow Op. 1032B40 DRIVEN TOOTHED BELT (one) - R.R. with timing belt removed
• Follow Op. 1016A20 single TAPPET COVER - R.R. and replacement of gasket

1. Loosen screws (1a) and remove the oil duct (1b).
2. Loosen screw (2a) and remove the front cover (2b).
3. Remove the camshaft oil seal.

Refitting

1. Install the front cover.
2. Install the oil duct.
3. Tighten the screws on the front cover and on the oil duct to torque
