DESCRIPTION

The car may be fitted with a canvas sunroof electrically controlled for additional ventilation of the passenger compartment, ensuring a fast exchange of air when necessary, thus increasing the comfort of the passengers.

The system is operated by a switch near the front ceiling lamp, that controls a motor with these operation modes: pressing one end of the switch the canvas opens, pressing the other end the canvascloses; when the switch is released the roof stops in that position.

The entire system, located in front of the sunroof, consists of a single group that includes

• a relay that manages roof operation;
• the activating motor;
• the control switch.

The sunroof circuit has direct power supply lines from the ignition switch, protected by two fuses of the junction unit.

The sunroof can only be activated with the key on RUN.
