About the Econoline
Econoline was the name of Ford's full-size van from 1961 until it became the E-Series for 1999. This group covers the late-1990s and early-2000s vans across the whole range, from the half-ton E-150 to the heavy E-450 and E-550 cutaways. The E-450 began as the E-Super Duty in 1996, and the E-550, a cutaway built only for 2002 and 2003, shared much of its chassis with the F-550 Super Duty truck.
What these manuals cover

- E-450 and E-550: the 6.8-litre V10 or the 7.3-litre Power Stroke turbodiesel.
