Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Remove the instrument cluster. Refer to the procedure in this section.

  1. Remove the lens.
    1. Remove the two bulbs.
    1. Release the retaining lugs and remove the lens.

  1. Remove the tachometer.

  1. Remove the fuel/temperature guage.

  1. Remove the speedometer head.

  1. Remove the bulb holders.

  1. Remove the printed circuit electrical connector retainers.

  1. Release the pin contacts from the cluster moulding.

  1. CAUTION:
    CAUTION:Take care not to bend or damage the printed circuit and the electrical components when lifting it off the locating dowels.
    Remove the printed circuit.

  1. Remove the pin contacts from the printed circuit.

Installation

CAUTION:
CAUTION:Take care not to bend or damage the printed circuit and the electrical components when installing.
  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
