Remove the components in the order indicated in the following illustration(s) and table(s). 2. To install, reverse the removal procedure. Remove the left-hand front drive halfshaft.

| Item 2 : Halfshaft oil seal | | -
Punch the halfshaft oil seal at one position using the special tool. | | | -
Attach the special tool. - Attach the special tool using a self-tapping screw.
- Punch through the three further holes in the halfshaft oil seal using the special tool.

Install the self-tapping screws. | | | -
Remove the halfshaft oil seal using the special tool. - Tighten the self-tapping screws evenly, work diagonally.

NOTE:Install a new halfshaft oil seal. Install the halfshaft oil seal using the special tool. | Item 1 : Left-hand front drive halfshaft | | -
Install the left-hand front drive halfshaft.
