Power Steering - Steering Gear to Fluid Cooler Return Hose Ikon 1999 (01/2000-)
Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. For additional information, refer to Section  100-02 Jacking and Lifting.

  1. Disconnect the power steering hose to fluid cooler.
    • Allow the fluid to drain into a suitable container.

  1. Detach the power steering gear hose.

  1. Remove the power steering gear hoses.
    1. Remove hose retaining bolt
    1. Remove hose retaining clip

Installation
  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Check the O-ring seals for damage and install new O-ring seals as necessary.
    To install, reverse the removal procedure.
