Removal

NOTE:
NOTE:Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. If a new audio unit is to be installed, connect the WDS and upload the audio unit configuration information using the Programmable Modules Installation Routine, prior to commencing the removal of the audio unit.

  1. General Equipment: Audio unit removal tools

  1. CAUTION:
    CAUTION:Make sure that the wiring harness does not catch when installing the component.
  1. Remove the audio unit removal tools from the audio unit.

Installation

  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:New audio units must be configured using the Programmable Module Installation Routine in the Worldwide Diagnostic System (WDS).
  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
