Leaf Spring
Spring Assembly
1. Raise the vehicle on a hoist and support the rear axle to relieve the tension on the leaf springs then remove the shock absorber.
2. Remove the U-bolt nuts, washers, anchor plate, and Up-bolts.
3. Take off the spare tire (if equipped).
