Align and install the ribbon-shaped retaining plate to the slide. (Figure 6)

Small 1 stampings are placed on top of the slide and underside of the retaining plate. The ends with the 1 stampings need to be positioned
together for proper alignment.

Hand-tighten the two screws to fasten the retaining plate to the slide

9.

Reinstall the cup holder assembly to the rear console using the two original screws.
