Removing

Proceed with removal - 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace.

1. Disconnect the engine oil vapour inlet pipe from the intake manifold.

2. Loosen the band (2a) disconnect the oil vapour inlet pipe (2b) from the cam cover and remove it.

Removing

Proceed with removal - 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace.

1. Disconnect the oil vapour intake pipe from the air chamber.

2. Loosen the bands (2a) and remove the engine oil vapour inlet pipe (2b).

Removing

Proceed with removal - 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace.

1. Disconnect the oil vapour recovery pipe from the air chamber.

2. Loosen the bands (2a) and remove the engine oil vapour inlet pipe (2b).

Refitting

Connect the oil vapour intake pipe to the cam covedr and tighten the band.

Connect the engine oil vapour inlet pipe to the intake manifold.

Proceed with refitting - 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace.

Refitting

Place the engine oil vapour pipe back in its housing and secure it using the bands.

Connect the fuel vapour intake pipe to the air chamber.

Proceed with refitting - 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace.

1.4 16v

Refitting

Place the engine oil vapour pipe back in its housing and secure it using the bands.

Connect the fuel vapour recovery pipe to the air chamber.

Proceed with refitting - 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace.
