Introduction

Some 2007 model year LS460/460L and 2008 model year LS 600h customers may complain of a loose glove box door condition or a rattle noise from
the glove box while driving at 25 - 35 mph (40 - 56 km/h) on rough roads. Use the following repair procedure to correct this condition.

This repair is covered under the Lexus Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from
the vehicle's in-service date.
