2. CHECK SETTINGS
(a) Check if the mute switch is set to on.
OK:
Mute switch is not set to on.
NG -- TURN MUTE SWITCH OFF
OK -- Continue to next step.
3. CHECK MICROPHONE (NAVIGATION CHECK MODE)
