Housing Assembly HVAC: Service and Repair
1. Remove the instrument panel.
2. Remove the evaporator core housing.
3. Drain the radiator.
4. Disconnect the heater hoses from the heater core.
5. Remove the nuts.
Tightening torque: 2 - 3 N.m (20 - 31 kgf.cm, 18 - 26 in.lbf).
6. Remove the plenum chamber.
7. Install in reverse order of removal.
1. Lubricate the hoses and fittings.
