Rear

REAR PROPELLER SHAFT (4X4) REMOVAL / INSTALLATION 

1. With the vehicle in neutral, raise and support the vehicle.

2. Index-mark the propeller shaft yoke to the transfer case companion flange.

3. Index-mark the propeller shaft to propeller shaft rear axle companion flange.
4. Remove the four rear bolts, and disconnect the rear propeller shaft.
5. Separate the propeller shaft from the transfer case.
6. Remove the four bolts.
7. Carefully remove the propeller shaft.

8. Install in reverse order of removal.
