B3000 SE Regular Cab 4WD V6-3.0L OHV (1998)
1) Lubricate the stub shaft splines, and pull the slip yoke boot towards the propeller shaft.

Use appropriate grease.
2) Fill the propeller shaft slip yoke boot with approximately 10 grams of lubricant.

Use appropriate grease.
3) Position the large propeller shaft slip yoke boot clamp.
4) Align the index marks made during disassembly, and install the propeller shaft slip yoke.
4. Install the large propeller shaft slip yoke boot clamp.
1) Remove any excess grease from the differential slip yoke boot and propeller shaft slip yoke surfaces.
2) Position the propeller shaft slip yoke boot over the propeller shaft slip yoke boot groove.
3) Position the propeller shaft slip yoke to specification from the propeller shaft weld to the end of the slip yoke splines.
4) Bleed air from the propeller shaft slip yoke boot.
5) Use clamp pliers to crimp the large propeller shaft slip yoke boot clamp.
5. Install the propeller shaft.
