If pull scale does not read 35.3-49.4 ounces, readjust adjust cover.

10.

Set rack in vise and install washer, then torque tie rod to 43-58 ft. lbs.

11.

Stake washer in two places with a punch.

12.

Install boot and wrap new wire around it two times, then twist 4 or 4-1/2 times. Ensure boot is not twisted or dented. 

13.

Align match marks and install tie rod ends.

14.

Install solenoid valve and pressure switch.

15.

Install oil pipes.
