Sable V6-183 3.0L DOHC VIN S MFI (1997)
9. Disconnect vacuum hoses from heater air damper door vacuum control motor and remove from vehicle.
INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Tighten all the three air bag diagnostic monitor retaining screws to 10.2-13.8 N.m (91-122 lb-in).
Supplemental A/C Damper Door
REMOVAL
1. Disengage instrument panel insulator from instrument panel reinforcement and remove from instrument panel.
2. Disengage instrument panel insulator from right side of center console finish panel.
3. Remove two screws retaining windshield defroster door vacuum control motor and/or supplemental A/C damper door vacuum control motor to
heater air plenum chamber.
