3. REMOVAL OF CRANKSHAFT OIL SEAL
(1) Cut out a portion in the crankshaft rear oil seal lip.
(2) Cover the tip of a screwdriver with a cloth and apply it to the cutout in the oil seal to pry off the oil seal.
Caution: Use care not to damage the camshaft and cylinder head.
SERVICE POINT OF INSTALLATION
3. INSTALLATION OF CRANKSHAFT REAR OIL SEAL
Coat engine oil on the whole circumference of the oil seal lip section.
Using the special tool, press-fit the oil seal.
2. INSTALLATION OF DRIVE PLATE / 1. ADAPTER PLATE
Engage the stopper on the crankshaft pulley. and install the drive plate and adapter plate with the special tool.
Caution: Don't use any tool other than that specified, or the damper area of the crankshaft pulley will be damaged.
