Remove fuse box connectors (a) and (b)

Remove relay bracket under left side of steering column support by removing a single 10 mm nut

Remove dashboard reinforcement bolt (15)

-

Remove ground connection (16) on right side kickpanel

-

Unplug right and left side dashboard harness connectors

-

Unplug brake light switch (and clutch pedal cruise control switch if equipped)

-

Remove the three nuts (17) securing the dashboard to the firewall. This is most easily accomplished by using a 10 mm socket with a universal joint
and a long 1/4" drive extension
